So Germany's grand coalition government is planning to impose a special tax on "the rich." If you haven't read Ayn Rand's "Atlas Shrugged" yet - now is the perfect time. It is sure to give the German reader an eerie feeling of déjà vu. Here's one prediction Germany's lawgivers should keep in mind:
